Walker Wilcox Matousek LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Kassandra A. Altantulkhuur and Michael A. Mintzer to partner.

Kasey focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation and direct defense of tort and professional liability matters. She has represented domestic and international insurers in complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States involving commercial general liability, first-party property, professional liability, and directors and officers’ liability. Kasey has also defended parties in medical malpractice, legal malpractice and premises liability cases. She handles all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, jury trials and appeals. Outside of the office, Kasey enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Mike is a seasoned litigator with nearly a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation and tort matters. Mike’s practice focuses on defending aviation, cargo, transportation, and trucking companies, and their insurers in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and catastrophic matters. Mike is licensed in both Illinois and Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Mike enjoys cheering for his alma-mater, the Miami Hurricanes, skiing, and spending time with his wife and their two kids.
