- Litigation Legal Assistant
Walker Wilcox Matousek LLP is searching for a legal assistant with at least 2 years experience in a litigation practice. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, document management system, and e-filings, as well as scheduling depositions, calls and meetings, drafting routine correspondence, opening files, entering timesheets and assisting with billing. Candidate needs excellent technical, management and organizational skills. The position is hybrid with 3 days per week in Loop office.
