Kevin R. O’Neill concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with experience handling a wide variety of matters, including those grounded in personal injury, property damage, insurance coverage, employment law, antitrust, and contract. He has particular experience representing insurance companies to recover in subrogation for the proper damage claims of their insureds.
