Walker Wilcox Welcomes Avniel Adler

Walker Wilcox Matousek LLP welcomes Avniel Adler as an associate attorney with our Houston office. Avniel has a wealth of experience counseling insurers on coverage and liability issues arising under various coverage forms, including CGL, Builders Risk, Businessowners, Homeowners, Umbrella, and Workers Compensation policies. He has investigated and prepared coverage opinions, and has defended excess insurers from litigation involving concurrent causes of loss and multiple overlapping CGL policies. Avniel has considerable expertise with insurance appraisal issues. He is a licensed attorney in Texas and New York and has trial experience in both states. Avniel has also successfully authored two appellate briefs, and is equally comfortable presenting argument in court or on appeal. We are happy to have Avniel on our team.
