Paul Matousek has over 35 years of experience representing U.S. and international insurers and others in matters involving directors and officers liability (D&O), other professional liability and errors and omissions (E&O), employment practices liability (EPL) and corporate indemnification. He has dealt with companies ranging from the Fortune 50 (including financial institutions) to privately-held to nonprofit, as well as major law firms and accounting firms.

Paul handles all aspects of claims and litigation assessment, management and resolution – with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution – applying legal, practical and business considerations. He is regularly retained in connection with securities and ERISA class actions, shareholder derivative actions, regulatory and criminal proceedings, bankruptcy matters, complex business disputes and other high-exposure situations, along with related insurance coverage issues.
