Ed has authored several papers outlining the Illinois Tort Reform Act and the Illinois Supreme Court’s decision striking down the Act. He has also co-authored two papers entitled “Product Liability for Sellers of Industrial Equipment,” presented to the Chicago Industrial Truck Dealers Association, and “Product Liability of Sellers of Industrial Equipment,” presented to the Aerial Platform Trade Association.
