Britt Walther litigates in Texas state and federal courts. His practice includes commercial litigation matters and bankruptcies, many of them involving insurance issues. Britt has represented clients in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and has experience representing corporate creditors and creditor committees. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and his accounting background makes him invaluable in matters requiring in-depth analysis or investigation into damages or source and use of funds.
Britt is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern District of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Britt graduated from Southwestern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law with a concentration in general civil litigation.
