Daniel focuses his practice on complex litigation, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage. He has experience in several areas of the law including tort and commercial litigation. Daniel has argued numerous motions on behalf of his clients to achieve favorable outcomes.  He has experience in all aspects of litigation from discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice. He has also handled appeals on behalf of clients.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where he was on the editorial board of the St. Mary’s Law Journal as a Comments/Notes editor. He is licensed in and has practiced law in both Texas and Illinois. Previously he has worked for a personal injury firm in San Antonio, Texas as well as governmental agencies defending state and local governmental entities in complex tort litigation.
